Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy covers paid Cache Fieldgrid programs confirmed by invoice or written enrollment agreement.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the cohort has not started and you have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort packs. After a cohort begins, refunds are partial at most and assessed case by case.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the issue arising (for example, a schedule change we initiate) and no later than the cohort end date for dissatisfaction claims.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer, or when you cancel within the pre-start window above. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw after start due to documented emergency; typically we retain fees for sessions already delivered plus an administrative portion of 15%.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-off workshops, custom Grid Partnership discovery fees already delivered, and third-party processing charges marked as non-refundable on your invoice are not refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@cachefieldgrid.world with your full name, invoice reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer to a Thai account you designate. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.

Cancellation by Cache Fieldgrid

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of program fees paid.

Exceptions

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution. Fraudulent enrollments are not eligible for goodwill refunds.
